Group Finance Director

Appointed a Director in 2002 when he also assumed the role of Group Finance Director in succession to Brian Purves. Steve was formerly Group Financial Controller having been appointed to the position on formation of the Luxfer Group in 1996. Steve has been a member of the Executive Board since 1996.

He is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in economics and business administration.

Prior to joining Luxfer, Steve held a number of senior finance roles in Alcan. In 1996 he was a member of the management buy-in team, having served as Alcan's divisional finance director responsible for the businesses acquired. Steve is 59 years old.
