LUXFER RENEWS BANK FACILITIES
Manchester: 5th March 2009: Luxfer Holdings PLC confirmed today that it has renewed its asset-backed lending facility.
The new facility, which provides a borrowing capability of up to £45 million, is very similar in structure to that currently in place, is effective immediately, and runs through until April 2011.
