Linda Seddon

Company Secretary and Legal Adviser

Linda was appointed to the Executive Management Board in 2001.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1976 having obtained a degree in business law. After 14 years in private practice she joined industry in 1990 initially as an in-house legal adviser dealing with general commercial, property, IP, M & A and corporate matters. Subsequently she added the role of group company secretary where at British Fuels she also headed up the insurance, risk, fleet and property departments.

She joined the Luxfer Group in 1997 as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser. Linda is 59 years of age.
