Kevin Flannery

Non-Executive Director

Kevin was appointed as a Director of the Main Board of Luxfer on 1 June 2007.  He was appointed a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees in 2007.

Kevin has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, pursuing a career on Wall Street, notably with Bear Stearns for over 24 years.

Since leaving Bear Stearns in 1992 he has worked for Whelan Financial Corporation, becoming President & Chief Executive in 2004. He has also held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive with both Telespectrum Worldwide Inc (2002-04) and RoweCom, Inc (2003-04).

He is engaged in Corporate Advisory work with several US corporations and since 1997 has held directorships with several US companies, including Geneva Steel Company, Sheffield Steel Company and Raytech Corporation.

Kevin is a US citizen and resides in the US. He is 66 years old.
