Paul Rogan was appointed Vice President & General Manager of Luxfer MEL Technologies (LMT) in June 2026.

Paul Rogan was appointed Vice President & General Manager of Luxfer MEL Technologies (LMT) in June 2026 and simultaneously became an Executive Officer of Luxfer Group.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Rogan held a number of senior leadership positions within LMT, including commercial, innovation, and general management roles. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Zirconium, where he led the business through a period of operational and commercial development while advancing customer-focused innovation and market growth initiatives.

Before joining Luxfer, Paul built an extensive career in the advanced materials sector, holding senior commercial positions with organisations at the forefront of materials science. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses scale emerging technologies, accelerate commercialisation, and develop resilient, future-ready business models capable of succeeding in rapidly evolving markets.

Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Huddersfield and brings a strong combination of commercial expertise, strategic leadership, and innovation-focused thinking to his role.
