Our Human Rights and Labor Practices Policy embraces the key principles set forth in the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, International Bill of Human Rights, and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. 

At Luxfer, it is every employee's responsibility to maintain a work environment that reflects respect for human rights and is free from all discrimination and harassment. This Policy should be read together with our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Equal Opportunity, Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy and Third Party Code of Conduct, which apply to the entire Luxfer organization and those with whom Luxfer conducts business.
