This policy sets out Luxfer’s position on these issues and establishes a procedure by which employees can report their concerns and ensure that they are acted upon. Our Whistleblowing Policy is intended to act as a deterrent to fraud or other corruption or serious misconduct and is intended to protect Luxfer's business and reputation.
