Janelle Ramos was appointed General Counsel of Luxfer Holdings PLC in December 2024.

Janelle Ramos was appointed General Counsel of Luxfer Holdings PLC in December 2024, and became a member of Luxfer's Executive Leadership Team in January 2026. Ms. Ramos is an established in-house counsel having built her career in the manufacturing and technology industries. Prior to joining Luxfer, Ms. Ramos served as Sr. Director of Legal Affairs at Niagara Bottling, LLC, an international bottled water and beverage manufacturing company. Ms. Ramos graduated Cum Laude from Chapman University School of Law, and she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Southern California obtaining dual Bachelors of Arts degrees in Political Science and Communication.
